TrainReq claimed he obtained the photos from Cyrus&#8217; camera phone.<sup id=\"cite_ref-51\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Miley_Cyrus#cite_note-51\">[52]<\/a><\/sup> On <a title=\"July 14\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/July_14\">July 14<\/a>, <a title=\"2008\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/2008\">2008<\/a>, FOX News aired the story, claiming that the photographs had been leaked by an &#8220;anonymous&#8221; source. <sup id=\"cite_ref-52\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Miley_Cyrus#cite_note-52\">[53]<\/a><\/sup> Soon after the story was aired, a discovery was made that FOX News had displayed images which had been clearly <a class=\"external text\" title=\"http:\/\/i35.tinypic.com\/2evrbd4.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/i35.tinypic.com\/2evrbd4.jpg\">altered to remove the original watermarks left by TrainReq<\/a>. <sup id=\"cite_ref-53\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Miley_Cyrus#cite_note-53\">[54]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>[ref]=[<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Miley_Cyrus\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Miley_Cyrus<\/a>]<\/p>\n<p>(No, I&#8217;m not going to post the pix in here.
